Designed by Henry Irwin, the Mysore Palace is one of the finest achievements of Indo-Saracenic architecture, summing up many diverse themes that have played through Indian architecture over the centuries.
 
Mysore Palace - three storied stone building of fine granite with deep pink marble domes dominated by a five-storied 145 ft tower with a gilded dome mounted by a single golden flag.
 
Goddess Chamundi is the family goddess of the Mysore Royal family at the entrance to the palace courtyard.

Yuva Dasara Programme witnessed a sea of humanity for Sonu Nigam's musical performance.  Bollywood Singer mesmerized the audience with his hit Hindi and Kannada film and pop numbers.  Crowd danced to the rhythm and golden voice of Sonu Nigam.  Venue turned into a land of euphoria.  Traffic came to a grinding halt.
